Box Score The Misericordia University women's lacrosse team fell to King's College 19-4 in Freedom Conference action on Thursday afternoon at McCarthy Stadium.
 
Melina Juliano, Brooke North, Emily Hegner, and Jenny Perucca each scored goals for the Cougars in the loss.
 
King's jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first ten minutes before Juliano got the Cougars on the board. The Monarchs scored four more goals before North cut the score to 8-2 with 8:06 remaining.
 
King's scored four more goals before halftime to extend their lead to 12-2.
 
Hegner answered a King's goal at the beginning of the second half to make the score 13-3 before the Monarchs posted six unanswered goals. Jenny Perucca ended the run with what would be the game's final goal with 4:23 remaining.
 
MU travels to Manhattanville on Saturday.
