Box Score The Misericordia University Men's lacrosse team earned its second win of the season with a 15-11 victory at Immaculata, Saturday afternoon.
 
Andrew Reynolds led the Cougars with six goals and an assist while also winning 19 faceoffs and picking up 14 ground balls.
 
Patrick Kellish scored two goals while Devin Velekei, Jared Hunt, Morgan Madonna, Jeff Zeoli, Jack Stang,, Mason Quickel and Kyle Purvis all had one goal each for MU in the victory.
 
Reynolds scored two goals in the first quarter sparking a 6-0 MU run in the first 12 minutes of the game. Immaculata tightened the MU lead to 6-3 with three goals in the final two minutes of the first quarter.
 
Reynolds and Stang scored second quarter goals giving the Cougars a 8-4 lead at halftime.
 
The Cougars outscored the Mighty Macs 5-3 in the third taking their largest lead of the game of 13-7 into the final quarter.
 
Immaculata made its best comeback effort by opening the fourth quarter on a 3-0 run, but Quickel and Reynolds halted the run with two goals to give MU a 15-10 lead with just 4:07 left in the game.
 
Shelly Bagbonon brought the Mighty Macs to within 15-11 with 2:05 left in the game, but it was too little, too late and the Cougars improved to 2-2 on the season.
 
MU will host Alfred State, Wednesday afternoon at 4:00.
