Box Score The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team cruised to a 16-6 victory at Rosemont College, Wednesday evening.

Andrew Reynolds and Lane Kocovsky led the Cougars relentless offensive attack scoring four goals each en route to the victory over the Ravens. Morgan Madonna found the back of the net three times while Nicholas Santillo had two goals. Jack Stang, Mason Quickel and Kyle Purvis also scored for the Cougars.

Both offenses settled down in the second as Reynolds scored the first goal of the quarter with just over one minute to play and Will Lawlor responded for the Ravens with 42 seconds left in the half to cut the MU lead to 4-2 at halftime.

The Cougars came out on a mission in the second half as Madonna sparked a 10-0 run and gave MU a 14-2 lead with 9:57 left to play.

Rosemont did its best to provide some offense of its own when Ralph Ibezim and Justin Regan each scored cutting the Ravens deficit to 14-4 with just over seven minutes left to play.

However, the Cougars answered right back with two goals of their own with Reynolds and Kocovsky scoring their fourth goals of the game to cap the MU scoring and put the game out of reach at 16-4 with just 2:55 left.

Regan and Rasool Smith scored late goals for the Ravens, but it was too little too late as the Cougars secured the 16-6 road victory and improved to 4-3 on the season.
