Box Score The Misericordia University women's lacrosse team saw its five-game winning streak snapped in a 16-8 loss at Arcadia, Thursday afternoon.

The Knights broke a 4-4 tie in the final minute of the first half opened the second half with six consecutive goals to take a 11-4 lead with 13:10 remaining.

Liz Mulvey led the Cougars with three goals and Erin Baker added a goal and two assists.

Catie Viegas, Brooke North, Melina Juliano and Emily Hegner all scored for MU.

Katie McLoughlin made 16 saves in goal and Allie Elmes had four groundballs and four draw controls.

The teams traded goals throughout the first half with Arcadia finally taking a 5-4 halftime lead.

Misericordia, 6-7 and 3-1 in the Freedom,  will travel to Wilkes, Wednesday, April 23 at 5:30.
