Box Score The University of Scranton women's lacrosse team jumped out to a quick lead on the way to a 19-6 win over Misericordia, Tuesday afternoon.

Liz Mulvey, Allie Elmes and Melina Juliano all had two goals for the Cougars.

The Lady Royals scored four times in the first five minutes before Mulvey got MU on the board with an unassisted goal with 23:49 to go.

Scranton stretched the lead to 15-1 before Elmes scored twice in the final minute of the first half.

After Scranton scored twice early in the second half, Juliano tallied her first goal with 20:24 remaining.

Juliano scored again with 10:30 to play and Mulvey closed out the scoring with 4:14 left.

MU, 0-3, will host Albright in their home opener, Thursday at 4:00.
