Trailing 3-0, Spector got the Cougars on the board with a free position goal seven minutes into the first half.

After a Widener goal, Baker and Spector scored to pull the Cougars within a goal, 4-3, with just under nine minutes remaining in the first half.

The Pride answered with two goals to take a 6-3 halftime lead.

Elmes opened the second with a free position goal, but the Pride responded less than two minutes later.

Mulvey's free position goal made it 7-5 four minutes into the second half.

Widener scored two minutes later to take an 8-6, but Baker and Mulvey responded with goals less than two minutes apart to cut the deficit to 8-7 with 18:10 to play.

The Pride went up, 9-7, but Baker again the pulled the Cougars to within a goal, 9-8, with 10:48 to go.

Widener scored four straight goals to take a 13-8 lead before Baker scored twice in an 11 second span with just over a minute to play.
