Box Score The third-ranked Salisbury field hockey team completed a 2-0 weekend with a 4-0 win over Misericordia University, Saturday afternoon at Mangelsdorf Field.

The Seagulls scored twice in each half to secure the win.

Kyleigh Knell gave the Cougars one of their best scoring chances of the game early in the first half when her shot from 10 yards out went across the goal mouth and just wide of the right post.

Salisbury broke the tie with less than 15 minutes remaining in the first half and added an insurance goal six minutes later.

The Seagulls scored twice in a four-minute span early in the second half to take control.

Katelynn Campbell made seven saves in goal for the Cougars.
