The Misericordia University women's lacrosse team will host King's in a MAC Freedom semifinal, Wednesday at 4:00 pm at Mangelsdorf Field.

Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $2 for students.

The Cougars, 10-7, are seeded second after finishing 6-1 in the MAC Freedom, including a 17-4 win over King's a week ago. The Monarchs are 7-10 overall and seeded third after finishing 4-3 in the MAC Freedom.

Top-seeded FDU-Florham will host Eastern in the other semifinal with the winners advancing to Saturday's championship game.

Misericordia is making its fifth consecutive MAC Freedom tournament appearance and has advanced to the title game each of the last three years.

Three-time first-team All-MAC Freedom Bri Ladner anchors the MU defense. She set a school record with a 110 draw controls and also leads the team with 59 ground balls and 39 caused turnovers.

The MU attack features nine players with at least 10 goals, including four players with 30 or more goals.

Kaila Quinlivan leads the team with 71 points on 45 goals and 26 assists while
Olivia Garcia has 39 goals and
Emily Connell and
Lexee Willey both add 30 goals.

Amy Roth is third on the team with 51 points on 29 goals and 22 assists.

Anastasia Araviakis leads King's with 84 points on 61 goals and 23 assists. Amanda Carroll adds 50 points on 38 goals and 12 assists.
