The Misericordia University women's lacrosse team will host King's in a MAC Freedom semifinal, Wednesday at 7:00 pm at Mangelsdorf Field.

Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $2 for students.

The top-seeded Cougars are 12-5 overall and 7-0 in the MAC Freedom after finishing the regular season on a nine-game winning streak.
The Monarchs are 6-12 overall and finished 3-4 in the MAC Freedom.
Misericordia won the regular season match-up, 20-4, a week ago.
FDU-Florham will host DeSales in the other semifinal with the winners advancing to Saturday's championship game.

Misericordia is making its sixth consecutive MAC Freedom tournament appearance and has advanced to the title game each of the last four years.
The Cougars have won each of the two previous postseason meetings between the teams, including a 21-5 victory a year ago.
Misericordia is led by MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Year
Brianna Ladner.Â
A four-time first-team All-MAC Freedom selection, Ladner anchors a defense that allowed just 8.6 goals per game, including just 5.29 in seven conference games.
She leads the team with 72 draw controls, 43 ground balls and 23 caused turnovers.
Joining Ladner on defense is MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year
Maggie McGovern. The first year goalie is 12-5 and was second in the league with an 8.58 goals against average. She had a 5.33 GAA in a 7-0 MAC Freedom slate.
Junior defender
Nicole Winter was a second-team all-conference selection and is second on the team with 33 ground balls.
MU's balanced attack features 10 players with at least 10 goals, including six with 24 or more goals.
Junior
Kaila Quinlivan earned first-team all-league honors for the third time after setting a school single-season scoring record with 91 points. She leads the team with 57 goals tied the school record with 34 assists. She is Misericordia's all-time leading scorer with 243 points.
Amy Roth is second on the team with 55 points while
Justine Johnson adds 47.
Kristen Ritter adds 30 points from the midfield along with 54 draw controls in her first season after a standout soccer career.
Lexee Willey has 24 goals while
Katie Reilly,
Emily Connell,
Amanda Rackliff,
Lauren Weitzel and
Shae O'Leary provide scoring depth.

Jen O'Connor leads King's with 77 points (55g, 27a) and Mary Kate Klodarska adds 43 points.
Emma Lehman is second on the team with 33 goals and Emily Sims has 26.
O'Connor leads the Monarchs with 111 draw controls and 37 caused turnovers while Kelly Pierce has a team-high 51 ground balls.
