The Misericordia University women's lacrosse team and 11 of its players have earned 2023 academic honors from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.
 
The Cougars were one of 290 teams nationwide across all divisions to be named an Academic Honor Squad with a team GPA of 3.20 or higher.
 
Additionally, 11 MU players made the D-III Academic Honor Roll with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.
 
Misericordia's IWLCA Academic Honor Roll members are: Keira Andrews, Molly Celesky, Lena Conway, Kylee Cush, Samantha Mahoney, Genevieve Montanye, Alicia Pileggi , Carly Rigby, Rachel Shook, Makenzie Tumini and Madelyn Uetz.
