Di Pasquale served as president of College Misericordia from 1989-1992.
 
He oversaw Misericordia’s transition from NAIA to NCAA Division III membership.

In addition he played a key role in the development of the Anderson Sports-Health Center and Anderson Fields for softball and soccer.
