Pill was a three-time PAC all-star in men’s soccer and led the Cougars to four trips to the PAC championship match, including two PAC titles.

He was the leading vote-getter in the All-PAC balloting in 1997, prior to the institution of the PAC Player of the Year award.

Pill was a two-time NSCAA/adidas regional All-American and was the MVP of the 1996 PAC championship match.

He holds Misericordia single-season records (13) and career (34) assists and is third on the school’s all-time points list (88) and fourth in career goals (27).
