Misericordia University Athletics

As Dean of Students and Vice-President of Student Affairs, Messaros played an integral role in the growth and success of the Misericordia athletics program in the first two decades of NCAA membership.  

She was part of the move to NCAA Division III, the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference and eventually the Middle Atlantic Conference.

She oversaw upgraded athletics facilities and the addition of several new varsity sports offerings.
