Hall of Fame
Murphy was a two-time baseball team MVP and two-time first-team all-conference selection. He was named all-region twice and was an ECAC all-star as a senior.
He holds school single-season records with 71 hits, 30 stolen bases and seven triples and shares the mark with 60 runs.
He owns the school record with 12 career triples and ranks third in career batting average (.377) and on-base % (.510) and is fourth with 91 walks and fifth with 45 stolen bases.
In addition, he holds the NCAA Division III single-game record with eight hits and ended his career on a 67-game on-base streak.
