Morris was inducted as a coach/administrator after serving as the director of physical education and intramurals in the 1940’s and 1950’s.

She recorded 18 consecutive winning seasons as CM’s basketball coach and also coached field hockey.

She earned a national rating as a sports official and was a charter member of the Wyoming Valley Board of Women’s Officials.
